We offer a comprehensive property management and maintenance services, mainly in Prague and nearby areas. Our services are used mainly by private property owners, but often also by Associations of unit owners (SVJ).

Property management means that you as the owner have no worry about anything, you just approve the new tenant, repair or maintenance expenses and check whether you have received your payment every month.

If you are the owner of the entire apartment building, we have prepared a special package for you, which includes a combination of APARTMENT UNIT MANAGEMENT and APARTMENT BUILDING MANAGEMENT services. More information here, or you are welcome in our office at any time.

 An integral part of the management of residential units is the care of current tenants and the search for new tenants. This applies to both residential and non-residential premises.

For our managed properties we use the DOMSYS system. The advantage is that both the property owner and tenant can look into the DOMSYS system from virtually anywhere, using both web and mobile application access (Android and iOS)! Domsys Portal provides user friendly access to information about regulations, payments, invoices, repair fund, revisions, passports, bank accounts, cash registers, statements, documents, requirements, enquiries and much more.

When the apartment / family house is taken into our management, a thorough inspection will first take place (inspecting the condition of the interior and the furnishing and equipment, photo documentation), including a review of the tenancy and supplier / service providers contracts, validity of mandatory inspections and checks. Subsequently, we will make recommendation to correct any identified deficiencies, and implement changes upon your approval.

Through out the duration of the property management assignment, we will deal with regular inspections of appliances and energy meters, insurance claims, tax payments, we receive and handle the mail and any other matters occuring. We continuously check the condition of the property, garden and other related areas, we manage their maintenance and repairs. Repairs and urgent assistance are provided by our reliable partners.
