In the Domsys Portal, you will find clear information about regulations, payments, invoices, repair funds, revisions, passports, bank accounts, cash registers, billing, documents, requests, requests and much more.

When the apartment unit / family house is taken over, an inspection will first take place (inspection of the condition of the interior and equipment, photo documentation), a check of contracts with tenants and suppliers, the validity of mandatory revisions and inspections. We will then recommend the correction of the identified deficiencies, which we will implement after your approval.
During administration, we deal with regular revisions of appliances and meters, insurance claims, tax payments, receive and handle mail and other matters. We continuously check the condition of the property, garden and accessories, ensure their maintenance and repairs. We entrust repairs and breakdowns to proven partners.
An integral part of the property management is the care of current tenants as well as the possible search for new ones, both for residential and non-residential premises. We make sure that your property is rented to solvent tenants. Care is provided by a specialized real estate management team and an experienced broker.
